ShareSnap access terms
Version 2026-10-13.1 · Updated 13 October 2026These terms describe use of ShareSnap’s information tools and displayed paid access.
Using the service
Use the information lawfully and verify it before relying on it. ShareSnap’s operator is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Access does not include personalised suitability assessment, investment management or guaranteed returns. The Risk and data disclosure forms part of these terms.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and protect your password, verification codes and signed-in sessions. Do not impersonate another person, bypass access controls or use the service to disrupt systems. Never disclose credentials or full card details in an issue report.
Paid access
The selected amount, stock capacity and duration shown before payment govern the purchase. Standard access lasts 30 days. An additional purchase during active access adds capacity without extending the existing expiry date. Payment confirmation is required for access. Any future renewal or recurring payment must be clearly disclosed and authorised; these terms do not authorise undisclosed automatic charges.
Data and external content
Availability and completeness can vary by stock and reporting period. Data and automated or simplified explanations can contain errors. External content belongs to its respective owners; linking does not transfer their rights or endorse their opinions. Verify figures, dates and sources before investing.
Service changes
The service may need maintenance or corrections. These terms do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Changes to features or policies must be communicated clearly; displaying a new policy does not silently take away rights arising from a previous purchase.
Fair treatment and statutory rights
Read the Payments and refunds policy before paying. Nothing here prevents a lawful grievance or claim, excuses fraud or misrepresentation, excludes liability where prohibited, or limits rights and remedies available under applicable Indian law. No blanket waiver of consumer rights is required to use the service.
