Risk and data disclosure

Version 2026-10-13.1 · Updated 13 October 2026

Read ShareSnap’s information alongside official sources and your own financial circumstances.

Scope and registration

ShareSnap presents stock information, comparisons and explanations for review. Its operator is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. The displays do not assess your personal circumstances, objectives, risk capacity or suitability. Do not treat a company’s inclusion, a signal, ranking, colour or explanation as a personal buy, sell or hold recommendation. This disclosure does not establish an exemption from requirements applicable to services actually provided.

Investment risk

Securities can lose value, including some or all of the invested amount. Market fluctuations and liquidity can affect your ability to sell. Past results, ratios and price patterns do not assure future returns. Verify important information independently and consider advice from an appropriately registered adviser where needed.

Dates, sources and limitations

Financial reporting periods, data-capture dates and market-price dates are different. A newly loaded page does not mean every figure is current or real-time. Information may be delayed, incomplete, corrected or restated. Collection, calculations, rounding, translations and simplified explanations can contain errors or omit context. Verify company filings and exchange announcements, accounting basis and the dates displayed.

Quarter comparisons

Quarter-to-quarter compares the displayed latest financial quarter with its immediately preceding quarter, including across financial years. Same quarter last year compares that quarter with the corresponding quarter one year earlier. These comparisons can produce different results. Missing quarterly history must not be interpreted as zero change or replaced with an annual average. ‘Unchanged’ describes equality of the available compared values, not an unchanged business or risk profile.

Colours, charts and peers

Green means a numeric increase and red a numeric decrease. Neither colour automatically means favourable or unfavourable: rising debt differs from rising sales. Bars represent stated values and periods, not forecasts. Peer companies may differ in business model, leverage, accounting and reporting periods; a ratio or ranking is not a complete valuation or recommendation.

Price information and external news

Price indicators describe available historical observations and calculations; they are not trading instructions or promises of future direction. External news can contain opinion, error or omissions. Check the original publisher and official announcements. A link is not an endorsement. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Paid access and your rights

Fees purchase only the platform access and stock capacity displayed before checkout, not advice or assured returns. Review the access period and payment policy. These disclosures do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuse misleading statements, waive statutory rights or prevent a lawful complaint or claim.
