Payments and refunds
Version 2026-10-13.1 · Updated 13 October 2026Understand what your payment buys before opening checkout.
Amount, capacity and duration
The pricing screen shows your selected rupee amount and capacity. The displayed standard plans provide 30-day stock capacity. During an active plan, another purchase increases capacity but does not extend the existing expiry. Check your account’s displayed expiry before paying. Fees buy platform access, not personalised investment advice or returns.
Payment processing
Checkout is provided by Razorpay. Confirm the amount and merchant information in checkout before approving payment. Access depends on successful payment verification. If payment appears debited but access is missing, check the payment status and avoid paying again until the transaction is clarified. Never share a password, OTP, full card number or card security code.
Failed, duplicate or incorrect charges
Failed payments, duplicate charges, payment without the purchased access, and service deficiencies must be assessed on their facts. Retain the order or payment reference, date, amount and evidence of the access problem. A payment-provider reversal or refund may take time to appear in your account. This policy does not promise an unverified processing deadline.
Cancellation and remedies
You may stop using the service at any time; unused capacity does not itself extend the paid period. There is no blanket ‘no refunds under any circumstances’ restriction. Refunds and other remedies remain subject to the transaction facts and applicable law, including where the service was not supplied as purchased. Nothing here prevents a lawful complaint, charge dispute or statutory remedy.
